Privacy Policy

This policy explains what rymga ("we") collects when you use our products and services — including rymga Lock Master, rymga Licenses and any other product we offer — why, and who we share it with. We keep it to what the Services need.

What we collect

• Account — your email and basic profile from Google sign-in, and a Discord ID if you link one.
• Access request — the answers you give in a request form, where a product is gated.
• Billing — handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, not your card details.
• Usage & service data — the records each product needs to run: for example, licenses, seats, token balances and job records; and, for licensing, the license keys, products and activation data (such as machine fingerprints and IPs) used to validate keys.
• Files you submit — where a product processes uploads (for example, JARs sent to Lock Master), they are uploaded to storage and processed to produce a result, then not retained beyond what's needed to deliver the job. We do not execute your code.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Services: authenticate you, run jobs and validations, manage licenses and billing, send account and support emails, and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of processors to run the Services:

• Google — sign-in (authentication) and, for some products, the compute that runs jobs (Google Cloud Run).
• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• Cloudflare — DNS, email routing, and the object storage (R2) that uploaded and produced files pass through.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Our hosting provider — a virtual private server that runs the backends and databases (your account, licenses, service and job records).

We don't sell your data. We only disclose it when required by law.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in (an HttpOnly session cookie), plus a small non-sensitive flag in your browser's local storage to remember you're logged in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep account, billing and service records for as long as you have an account and as required for legal/accounting purposes. Files you submit for processing are not retained beyond delivery of the job.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us and we'll handle it.
