Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for rymga Lock Master. It's part of ourterms of service.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your plan at any time from your account's billing. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period.

Token packs

Token packs are one-off purchases that never expire. Once a pack has been added to your balance it isnon-refundable, since the tokens are immediately available to spend.

Fair exceptions

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the service was materially unavailable and prevented you from using what you paid for, contact us — we'll make it right. Requests are handled case by case.
