Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for rymga products and services. It's part of our terms of service and applies to every product we offer, except where a product's own pages state otherwise.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a plan at any time from your account's billing. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period.

One-off purchases

One-off purchases, such as token packs, never expire. Once added to your balance they are non-refundable, since they are immediately available to spend.

Fair exceptions

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or a Service was materially unavailable and prevented you from using what you paid for, contact us — we'll make it right. Requests are handled case by case.
