Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the products and services operated by rymga ("we", "us") — including rymga Lock Master, rymga Licenses, and any other product we offer (each a "Service", together the "Services"). By requesting access or using a Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. The Services

We provide a range of software products, delivered as cloud services with clients, SDKs and/or dashboards. What each product does, along with its plans and limits, is described on that product's pages. Features, plans and limits may change over time.

2. Access & eligibility

Some Services are invite-only or otherwise gated. Where access is gated, it is granted at our discretion after you request it, and we may decline or revoke access. You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your account, API keys and license keys secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that your use of the Services, and any content or software you submit to them:

• breaks no applicable law;
• is not malware and is not intended to harm, deceive or gain unauthorized access to systems;
• does not violate any third party's rights or terms (including platform or marketplace terms).

You may not resell or sublicense a Service except as expressly permitted, use it to build a directly competing service, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse a Service or its infrastructure.

4. Configuration & integration

The Services are tools, not one-click guarantees. Some require you to write and tune a configuration, or to integrate them into your own software. Results depend on how you configure and integrate them and on the nature of your own code.

5. Plans, tokens & payment

Depending on the product, a plan may grant a monthly allowance (such as a token quota or a number of licenses or seats), and some products offer one-off purchases (such as token packs) that do not expire. The specifics for each product are shown on its pages. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the software, data and content you submit to the Services. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service and deliver its results to you. Where a Service processes files you upload, we do not execute your code and we do not retain your submitted or produced files beyond what's needed to deliver the job. See our privacy policy.

7. No warranty

The Services are provided "as is". No software protection or licensing measure is unbreakable, and we make no guarantee that protected code cannot be reversed, that a license check cannot be bypassed, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for testing every build and integration before you ship it.

8. Support scope

Support covers defects in our Services only. It does not cover programming errors in your own code, general development assistance, or issues caused by configurations or integrations we didn't recommend.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel from billing. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. sections 6, 7 and 9) survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the Services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
